What if the first step to ending poverty as we know it was through the simplest of resources, water? What if young people were the most powerful agents
What if the first step to ending poverty as we know it was through the simplest of resources, water? What if young people were the most powerful agents of social change in the world? Come learn how water is critical for the future of the global community, and what students around the world are doing about it.
Krysta Couzi is a junior undergraduate student studying Public Health, Emergency Management, and Communications with two minors in Global and Local Social Justice and Urban Poverty Studies at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is originally from Beirut, Lebanon and moved to Colorado at a young age, where she currently resides. She loves to adventure, meet new people, eat every kind of food (she is not picky at all), and most of all, she loves to purse her passion in helping the unhoused community, speaking about the global water crisis, and the other passions she pursues. You can find her reading a book on her balcony, having a picnic with friends (sushi of course), snuggled up watching a movie, or having a dance party in the living room on a Thursday night. Whatever she may be doing, she will always invite you along for the ride!
