It seems our world is collapsing— climate change and misinformation are serious causes of concern! Taking action on the SDGs, and working our hardest to ensure their success by 2030, is an integral part of being a global citizen. At Project Aquascope we focus primarily on five sustainable development goals: quality education, clean water and sanitation, reduced inequalities, sustainable cities and communities, and climate action. We will be providing ample opportunities to learn about our initiative at Project Aquascope, how you can become a leader in taking action for the SDGs, and how to join our team. There will be a portion for Q&A as well as a time to talk through YOUR ideas on how to take action. Join us for an engaging session!

Kaley Mafong
I am Kaley Mafong, an 11th grader at Canyon Crest Academy. Project Aquascope piqued my interest as it brought the opportunity to engage youth in science. I have developed a passion for science and extending my passion for science to international communities. In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature and dancing.
Lily Pfeizer
I am Lily Pfeizer, a 12th grader at Canyon Crest Academy. Since joining Project Aquascope in 2019, I have been putting my time toward helping youth to ignite an early interest in science. I hope to reduce inequalities with regard to science education by creating accessible curriculum. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, and creating art.
Ella Sobhani
I am Ella Sobhani, a rising senior at Canyon Crest Academy in San Diego. I have started numerous projects to help both my local and global communities including: SHE (Sustaining Humanity through Education) which focuses on gender equality and access to quality education, and Project Aquascope which focuses on climate action and sustainability. I believe serving your community in a way that lifts others up is some of the most rewarding work a person can do.
